c. If the order is canceled before the delivery slot begins, the full amount paid will be refunded to the customer.
2. Refund Policy:a. In case the customer receives the wrong order or a damaged item, they can request a refund by contacting our customer support team.
b. The refund will be processed after the item is returned to the delivery person.
c. If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the customer's BuyEat account, and can be used to pay for future orders.
d. If the customer paid through a credit/debit card, the amount will be refunded to the same card.
e. Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in the customer's account.
3. Partial Cancellation Policy:a. If a customer wishes to cancel a part of their order, they can do so by contacting our customer support team.
b. If the order has already been dispatched, the customer can only cancel the remaining items.
c. The refund for the canceled item(s) will be credited back to the customer's BuyEat account, which can be used for future orders.
